Community Update

So I went into this State Farm location on a Saturday afternoon after receiving a quote from another State Farm agent earlier in the week but unfortunately they weren't open on Saturdays. Right away Carlos told me he didn't feel comfortable selling me the insurance b/c another State Farm agent had already work on it for me. I thought it was a real classy move to pass up on a deal like that to do what he felt was right. But it didn't stop there... Carlos took the time to explain to me how the insurance worked and even looked at the policy to answer some questions I had. Talk about customer great customer service! If he treats everyone the way he treated me I am sure his business will succeed. If you need insurance call Carlos!
