Caldwell College (soon to be Caldwell University) has been able to sustain enrollment success the past few years in the face of the most competitive market in the country for students, declining and shifting demographics as well as questions about the value of a college education. There are several reasons for the success Caldwell has seen, which has included enrolling the two largest freshman classes in the institution's history in the past three years.

One main reason has been the ability of Caldwell to directly discuss value with students and families, in particular our ability to make sure students know that through financial aid and scholarships that the listed cost of attendance is often much different than the net cost students will actually end up paying to attend. Using data from the White House's College Scorecard, students can see that the net price of a Caldwell education compares favorably to several public institutions.  For more information about enrollment at Caldwell College, contact Stephen Quinn at 973.618.3320 or squinn@caldwell.edu.

Caldwell has also seen its growth through the leadership and vision of its president, Dr. Nancy Blattner, who has overseen the development of new programs to meet the needs of the public, including the Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree. Communicating the strength of the location of Caldwell College is another reason for Caldwell's enrollment success, as families learn about the safety, commerce, and recreation opportunities of the Caldwells and the surrounding area they become excited and comfortable with sending their students to learn in our community.
