The Tony Award-winning musical by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler first appeared on Broadway in 1979, according to Playbill.com. The Playbill synopsis reads, “A barber who was unjustly imprisoned for years by a corrupt judge returns to England bent on revenge—a revenge that turns indiscriminately murderous, leading his resourceful accomplice, Mrs. Lovett, to bake the victims into meat pies.”

The one-night-only performance has become a highly anticipated part of 4th Wall’s season each year, and it will again feature members of the 4th Wall family of performers from the past and present. The evening will include a live auction and a post-performance reception. All proceeds will go toward future productions.
