Gazebo Organization Announces Summer Concerts

Concerts scheduled for Thursday nights in July.

Another sign that summer has officially arrived is the annual West Caldwell Summer concerts at the Gazebo.

Beginning next Thursday, bring a blanket, beach or lawn chair and enjoy some free concerts, courtesy of the West Caldwell Gazebo Organization.

According to the group, food will be sold at all concerts, beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. at the , Bloomfield Avenue, West Caldwell.

Concerts, sponsors and food vendors are the following:

July 7--Band:  Fortune,  Cover band playing a variety of music, with a sound similar to original artists.  Set includes a tribute to Rod Stewart.  Sponsor:  West Caldwell Mayor Joseph Tempesta and his 2010 running mates, Councilmen Joseph Cecere and Steve Wolsky  Food:

July 14--Band:  Joey Amino and Family Broadway Extravaganza,  Plays music from popular Broadway musicals such as Chicago, West Side Story, and Phantom of the Opera.  Food: 

July 21--Band:  Steppin Out,  West Caldwell Band playing a mix of R&B, Disco, MoTown, Jazz and Top 40.  Sponsor:    Food:  Hot Dog Cart and Soda will be available.

July 28:--Band:  Blues Brotherhood, band bills itself as the "ultimate tribute band to the Blues Brothers".  Sponsor:    Food:  Barbeque begins at 6:00 p.m.
