Cabaret 2011: Love Makes the World Go Round

The first event of the 2011/2012 Music Series at First Presbyterian Church will be Love Makes the World Go Round - Cabaret 2011. An ensemble of 18 singers and dancers, accompanied by a stage band, will present a musical revue of Broadway show tunes that all center on the theme of LOVE.

There will be 2 shows:  one at 2:00 p.m. and one at 7:00 p.m.

The ensemble of 18 performers are members of the Westminster Choir. The group has been rehearsing since May under the direction of Adriana Piercy. They are excited to be sharing their hard work with the congregation and community. Please support the youth of this congregation and enjoy a really good show! Bring a friend to also enjoy this sparkling musical program which is designed to delight people all ages.

The doors will open 30 minutes before each performance. A donation of $10 will be collected at the door and refreshments will be available for purchase before the performance. Proceeds for the event will support The Sara Jane Hussey Memorial Fund which provides scholarships for choir tour and funds other youth choir activities.
