Oktoberfest Beer Tasting Fundraiser On Tap This Weekend

In addition to nearly 20 beer on tap, Cloverleaf Tavern, Fairchilds Market and Kate's Kreations will be providing the food.

Bring your appetite and a taste for new beers to the first ever Oktoberfest Beer Tasting at Saint Peter's Episcopal Church this weekend.

The fundraiser will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 4-9 p.m. in the church's parking lot, at 271 Roseland Ave. in Essex Fells. The event will feature a tasting of nearly 20 different beers, hard cider and entertainment courtesy of an oompah band.

And don't forget about the food. Thanks to the Cloverleaf Tavern, Fairchilds Market and Kate's Kreations, the event's menu will feature Guinness bratwurst pretzel rolls, Pals Cabin's famous mushroom soup, sliders, sandwiches and caramel apple bread pudding and much more.
