This is the second Emmy for De Lancey, who graduated in 2013 from George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs, where she majored in Political Communication and minored in Journalism and Mass Communications.

An unpaid internship in the fall of her junior year led to an offer to freelance as a paid production assistant at ComcastSportsnet.

De Lancey worked full-time while completing her degree and became the Social Media Communications Coordinator for the Redskins home games. After graduation, she became an editor.

The huge Yankees fan, and now Redskins fan, is lucky to have combined her love of sports and media into a rewarding career.
