Free Wellness Program Available to Essex Residents

Focus Physical Therapy & Wellness of Montclair is offering a not-for-profit 14-week wellness program—the Focus Wellness Challenge—free to adults in the Suburban Essex area. The program’s main goal is to offer educational and informative programs that motivate participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The program is set to kick off on Monday, March 4 and will continue until June 3.

To register visit www.focustherapy.com and click on “Register Now." Registration forms will also be available in the reception area of Focus Physical Therapy & Wellness, 522 Valley Road, Montclair. Select local-area sponsors of the Challenge will also have the registration form available.

Registration for the program is underway and will continue until February 23.

The challenge is being supported by many local-area companies and organizations, including Barnabas Health Clara Maass Medical Center, Asana House Juice Bar, Montclair State University Campus Recreation, TNT Fitness, Montclair Health Department, Fleet Feet Sports, Pure Energy, Krank Systems, Lyndhurst Community Pool, Riverbend Coaching and Shop Your Closet. Other businesses continue to join.
