Caldwell Rotary Club Donates $500 For Ice Cream Social

The Rotary Club will donate to Grover Cleveland Birthplace following its 43rd Golf Outing Fundraiser.

There are few things sweeter than ice cream. Among them is $500 to go toward a lot of ice cream.

The Caldwell Rotary Club donated $500 to Grover Cleveland Birthplace for its annual 4th of July ice cream social.

The club presented Caldwell Mayor and Trustee of the Grover Cleveland Birthplace Memorial Association, Irene Gibbons, on behalf of the Birthplace, April 29 at its meeting at Cloverleaf Tavern.

The Rotary Club plans on making another donation to the Birthplace after its 43rd Golf Outing Fundraiser June 12 at at Cedar Hill Country Club in Livingston in which all proceeds will go toward the Birthplace's new-visitors' center.
