Caldwell Chiefs Camp Teaches Football Fundamentals
Caldwell Athletic Club holding weeklong camp for 3rd to 9th grade players.
The Caldwell Athletic Club's 2014 Caldwell Chiefs Camp will take place from Monday-Friday, July 7-11, at Kiwanis Oval Field.
The Caldwell Chiefs Camp is designed to give each individual athlete a solid foundation in the basic football fundamentals needed to excel in all three phases of the game: offense, defense and special teams.
The camp is open to all players entering 3rd through 9th grade and will cover agility drills, offensive and defensive team skills and individual periods, special teams skills and games. The camp runs from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. Registration is $125 per camper.
Campers will have fun learning new skills, drills and techniques to help them excel in the upcoming season and reach their full potential.
Instructors include current high school football coaches, along with current college football players who excelled while playing for the Chiefs in high school.
The Caldwell Chiefs Camp will welcome back this year Coach Tony from the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars coaching staff.
