“Philanthropy is a passion of mine,” she said. “NJ Sharing Network is a perfect fit. There is tremendous passion among the staff and volunteers. There is also incredible commitment and dedication from our Foundation Board members.”

DeLuca said she is eager to help NJ Sharing Network spread its important message about the need for organ and tissue donation.

“I look forward to identifying and creating meaningful philanthropic giving opportunities for our constituents to help support the life-saving work of NJ Sharing Network,” said DeLuca. “I’m also excited to lead a dedicated team of 250-plus certified volunteers who help carry our message into the community.”

Prior to joining the Kessler Foundation in 2010, DeLuca worked for Ruotolo Associates in Cresskill for nine years, where she helped design fundraising programs for faith-based groups. Previously, she spent 12 years in the banking industry.

DeLuca lives with her husband, Steve, and their three children. She is an active member of her church, as well as with the local public schools. A graduate of Hofstra University with a business degree, she is a member of the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
