Brazen Athletics will be at LuLulemon Athletica in Montclair on Bloomfield Avenue this Saturday, Nov. 16th at 9am offering a free LADIES CrossFit Class to anyone interested.  This is a great opportunity to try CrossFit in an awesome environment.
