First, West Essex High School Principal Gary Suda welcomed seniors to West Essex. Then tables of seniors took turns enjoying the buffet. Each section of culinary one students prepared a different item for the breakfast, said student Heather Downey, a sophomore from Roseland, whose class made cranberry muffins. Seniors also dined on delicious individual spinach quiches, homemade crumb cake, sour cream cake, blueberry muffins, apple sauce muffins, fresh fruit salad and yogurt.
