West Essex Appoints New Director of Student Services

West Essex Appoints New Director of Student Services.

Tania Symmons, the new Director of Special Services for the West Essex Regional School District, is impressed with everyone she has met so far at West Essex. Symmons recently worked as a school psychologist for Livingston Public Schools. Prior to that, she worked as the program manager for the Association of Junior Leagues International, a women's organization.

"I am very excited," Symmons said. "This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a great District. Everyone I have met so far has been welcoming and supportive."

Symmons has been working with Susan Vonsover, the interim Director of Student Services, to assure a smooth transition and work towards a support model for students.
