West Essex Annouces Fall Shop-Rite STARS Winners

West Essex High School Principal Gary Suda has announced the Fall 2012-2013 STARS winners. They are: Jonathan Hilaire of Fairfield, a drum major with the marching band and a member of the concert band, for the arts; Amanda Cassera if Fairfield, a top goal scorer for the fied hockey team who recently scored her 100th career goal, for athletics; Zoe Elfenbein of North Caldwell, who serves as president of the National Honor Society and co-captain of the lacrosse team, for leadership; Paige Muzzatti of Essex Fells, who volunteers at her church and does other community service, for service to the community; and Jon Lor of North Caldwell, who has a 4.586 GPA and is a National Merit Scholarship Commended Student, for academics. They are all seniors.
