The West Caldwell Council will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in town hall, at 30 Clinton Road. 

Learn how to square dance on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Grover Cleveland Middle School, at 88 Academy Road in Caldwell. This program is a free night out and open to everyone — singles, couples, empty nesters, home-schoolers and more. For more information, call Alice at 973-618-9025.

Learn about the artist Henri Matisse and create colorful cut paper collages inspired by his work at the Caldwell Public Library on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. This program is for children in grades K-2. Registration is required. For more information, visit www.caldwellpl.org
