North Caldwell Council Meets, Book-And-Film Discussion Of 'A Tale Of Two Cities'

    The North Caldwell Council and Mayor will convene Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. for a meeting conference at borough hall, at 141 Gould Ave.

    As part of "Read Across West Caldwell," the West Caldwell Public Library, at 30 Clinton Road, will present a book-and-film discussion of of Charles Dickens' classic novel "A Tale of Two Cities" on Tuesday 5:30 p.m. at the library. 

    Read the book (copies will be available at the library's reference desk) and watch  the 1935 film starring Ronald Colman and Basil Rathbone. Light refreshments will be served. The film will be followed by a lively comparison discussion. This program is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required.
