The Caldwell Borough Council will convene for a conference Tuesday at 7 p.m. at borough hall, 1 Provost Square. 

The West Caldwell Council will meet on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in town hall, at 30 Clinton Road. 

Caldwell Public Library will host a Mandolin Holiday Concert featuring Bloomfield Mandolin Orchestra members performing Italian and Christmas favorites on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. 

Enjoy eggnog, cider and cookies as the library welcomes back local musicians including Franco Di Gangi and Ben Larkey, both of Caldwell. The Bloomfield Mandolin Orchestra, led by conductor Enrico Granafei, is celebrating its 72nd season with volunteer musicians of all ages from northern and central New Jersey.
