Holiday Workshop 

The workshop How To Handle Holiday Stress will be presented by Dr. Kaminski starting at 6:30 p.m. at Cedarcrest Chiropractic, at 616 Bloomfield Ave., Suite 3C in West Caldwell. 

This health series-begins is free and will focus on how to eat healthy and still enjoy the holidays, how to wrap presents, shop, bake and more with ease, and how to cope with others.

Those who attend are encouraged to bring a donation for a giving box, which is collecting new hats, mittens, scarves, gloves, underwear & pajamas to be  delivered to a local domestic violence Family Shelter.

Upcoming Yard/Garage/Estate Sales

Rainbow Weavers At Caldwell Public Library

Children aged 8 and above can bring their creativity to the Caldwell Public Library on Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. for Rainbow Weavers. Bring your loom and bands and have fun weaving with friends! Registration is required. For more information or to register, contact the library's children's desk 973-226-1636.
