Turkey Collection at Trinity Academy
Since the supermarkets in the area are offering free turkeys at this time of the year, we would like to share with those less fortunate this Thanksgiving.
If you have a turkey or turkey breast that you would like to donate, please bring it frozen to the vestibule of the Gym of Trinity Academy (behind St. Aloysius Church) on Monday, Nov. 19 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A volunteer will take it out of the car for you.
The items will be distributed to some local families and to fill the freezers of St John’s Soup Kitchen in Newark where on many days they make two pots of soup to help feed approximately 200 hungry people that line up each day.
Non-perishable food items are also welcome!

More About Trinity Academy
Trinity Academy is cosponsored by the parishes of St. Aloysius in Caldwell, Notre Dame in North Caldwell and Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament in Roseland. The school's primary mission is to provide students with the means for growth in Christian principles and the pursuit of academic excellence.
The school provides an educational experience that respects the uniqueness of each child and encourages the development of the whole person, within a strong Christian environment. The entire school community—pastors, teachers, parents, staff and administration work in cooperation toward the spiritual, academic and social development of each child.
Spiritually, the school offers students the Catholic values that will enable them to make moral, intelligent and knowledgeable decisions. Academically, the school instills in students the knowledge, skills and desire for learning that will enable them to pursue excellence and become future leaders. Socially, the school strives to foster in students a sense of personal fulfillment and responsibility toward all people and the environment.
