More About North Caldwell Community Pool
The North Caldwell Community Pool, located next to Liberty Field, features a six lane, 25-meter pool, complete with a shallow wading area and a deep end for diving. There are two fun slides as well as a diving board.
The pool area has several activity facilities. There are basketball and volleyball courts, ping pong tables, a playing area, and a kiddie pool. Chairs and umbrellas are provided and there is a snack bar for food and refreshments.
The North Caldwell Community Pool features its own swim team, who are always looking for new members. Meets for the swim team usually start within the last week of June and continue through the third week of July. Divisional and championship meets are held near the end of July. Practice begins daily once school lets out for summer, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 9:30am.
Not a very good swimmer? The North Caldwell Community Pool offers swim lessons to pool members. There are five sessions to choose from (members are not limited to just one session) and are instructed by lifeguards. These lifeguards are certified WSI instructors and are qualified to teach swimming to children and adults. Swim school takes place during the summer months from 11 to 11:45am.
