DESCRIPTION:In honor of Black History&nbsp\;Month\, the West Caldwell Pub
 lic Library\, 30 Clinton Road\, will present a rousing concert titled "H
 ot Jazz" featuring the popular NJ band Dr. Dubious &amp\; the Agnostics 
 on Sunday\, February 24 at 2:00 pm in the Community Room.\nThis swinging
  sextet will perform music by such Jazz legends as Jelly Roll Morton\, L
 ouis Armstrong\, King Oliver\, Fats Waller\, Count Basie\, Duke Ellingto
 n and Dizzy Gillespie.\nDr. Dubious &amp\; the Agnostics have been perfo
 rming Jazz in the New Orleans and Chicago styles since 1998 in the tri-s
 tate area. They have performed at music festivals\, Jazz clubs\, librari
 es\, street fairs as well as for corporate and private events.\nThis con
 cert is free and open to the public\, but advance registration is requir
