Coaches vs Cancer Benefit Basketball Game
Coaches vs Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches that empowers basketball coaches, their teams, and local communities to make a difference in the fight against cancer.
The Chiefs Girls' Basketball team will host Newark Academy (or Belleville High School), accepting donations to the American Cancer Society at the game. There will be a half-time foul shooting contest.

Named after Rev. James Caldwell, the fighting parson of the American Revolution, the approximately 800-student high school serves the Township of West Caldwell and the Borough of Caldwell.Each year, more than 90 percent of Caldwell High graduates attend schools of higher education and student achievement is above state averages. Caldwell High School is consistently recognized by New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of the top 75 high schools in the state. The high school offers a comprehensive curriculum, including academics, visual and performing arts and practical arts. There are also more than 15 advanced placement courses offered in addition to a program for remedial and educationally disabled students.
