West Essex High School Senior Class Collected Jeans for Homeless Teens

The West Essex High School senior class collected 126 pairs of new and gently used jeans as part of its' "Teens for Jeans" community service project.

The seniors then delivered them to Aeropostale at the Willowbrook Mall, which will donate them to homeless teens in the area.

The student officers involved in the administration of the project are: President Javier Chaveste, Vice President Samantha Gilbert, Treasurer Jill Crooks and Secretary Marisa Malanga.

That is great! James Caldwell High School is collecting jeans for the same cause. The Aeropostale collection date has been extended to February 22 so if you still want to contribute, bring your new or gently used jeans to JCHS - there is a box by the Performing Arts Center or the D'Angelo home at 43 Aldom Circle West Caldwell (Passaic to Martin to Aldom) There is a box there day and night. Thank you for helping this great cause!!
