I like Super Stop and Shop because I find the produce to be better. I like the wide aisles, no crowds, the cleanliness and the selection. They may be more expensive than Shop-RIte but for me it's worth it.

I shop in Stop and Shop because of the self service convenience , shop floor cleanliness , good produce and better service.

Shop Rite is way too crowded, but I like it the best. Jacks is like a dust hole.

Running into ShopRite for a "quick" trip always ends being a frustrating experience. Cotton Tops shuffling around, cashiers who do not enforce express line maximum items policies at all, and people in dire need of excercise constantly orbiting the parking lot looking to save ten steps. Stop & Shop is the best.

I'm in Jack's most simply because I can walk there. They might not have the selection of the bigger stores, but their meat is infinitely better than Shop Rite's. Produce, too. If I have to drive, I'll go to Stop & Shop more than Shop Rite, because I can get things there that I can't at Shop Rite. Plus, I have had customer service NIGHTMARES at Shop Rite over the years. Jack knows me by name and always engages me in conversation.
