West Caldwell Police Issue Traffic Advisory
Avoid Bloomfield and Passaic Avenues Tuesday morning.
The West Caldwell Police Department is advising drivers to avoid the intersection of Bloomfield and Passaic Avenues Tuesday morning.
Utility crews are working on water main breaks in the intersection. Heavy delays are expected.
The area should be avoided until approximately 10 a.m. Tuesday.
