Weird NJ Concert Helps Restore the Shore (Photos)

Event at the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh in West Orange raised funds for three charities.

Weird NJ hosted the Restore Our Shore fundraiser at the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh in West Orange Saturday to raise money for those affected by Superstorm Sandy. 

Shillelagh Club President Kevin Kinney, of West Caldwell, was among the many volunteers that made the event possible.

Funds were raised to benefit the following organizations: 

Weird NJ publishers Mark Sceurman and Mark Moran were guest hosts at the event, which featured local bands such as The Poor Man’s OperaThe Will O’Connor Live Acoustic Show, and special musical guests. Local restaurants and breweries donated food and beer.
