PHOTOS: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Newark
Annual walk attracts thousands to city for fundraising walk
Military Park in Newark Sunday hosted the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk for the 13th consecutive year.
The Brick City walk helped raise more than $180,000 for breast cancer research through the initiative.
Last year, the popular walk attracted more than 12,000 people and raised more than $345,000 to fight cancer.

I heard it was a great turnout, I also heard a women 8 months went into labor. Hope she and baby are ok.
