Snider Named Caldwell Firefighter of the Year

Thomas Bates and Glen Snider were honored recently at the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department’s annual dinner.

The event was held at the Hanover Manor in East Hanover on Friday, March 15.

For the past 22 years, Bates has served as president of the Caldwell Firemen’ Relief Association. Bates has been a member of the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department for more than 50 years.

Snider, a resident of West Caldwell, was elected as fireman of the year.
