Most of the event, which has teams of walkers continuously walking throughout the night, was moved indoors due to the rainy weather. A luminary service was held in memory of those battling cancer as well as those who did not win the battle. The event also included a deejay, activities, on-site fundraisers, and food provided by the Stuffed Olive.
Clean up and a bagel breakfast began around 5 a.m. The event concluded with a closing ceremony led by JCHS advisor, Patricia Martin, Deirdra McGuiness of the American Cancer Society and co-chairs Cassandra Caruso and Lisa Housel. Awards were presented in various categories.
