Spring has sprung more than flowers around the Caldwells. Patch has spotted a number of baby animals in recent weeks. Enjoy these photos of a bird's nest, a fawn in a Caldwell resident's back yard and ducklings recently born at Grover Cleveland Park.

Thank God they were seen in Caldwell and not North Caldwell, they would all have bullseyes on them and ready to be slaughtered. I'm proud to live in Caldwell and have neighbors that enjoy the wildlife rather than to campaign to kill it. Score 10 for Caldwell, 0 for North Caldwell. Enjoy life, it's short. We don't get second chances.
