Letter to the Editor: Thanks for Turkey and Ham Donations
Letter writer thanks community for making collection a success.
Thank you so much for posting the turkey and ham collection on the Patch.
On Monday, April 2, we collected approximately 85 turkeys and hams which were given to a few local families and the rest were brought to St John's Soup Kitchen in Newark where they filled the freezers!
We are grateful to the people of St Aloysius Church, Trinity Academy, JCHS and all of the Patch Readers who contributed.
