James Caldwell High School Singers Perform at Radio City Music Hall
Madrigal Singers open for Rockette's Radio City Music Spectacular.
The JCHS Madrigal Singers, a group of ninth through twelfth grade students at James Caldwell High School, opened for the Rockettes on 12/12/12 at the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. On stage left to right are Madeline Caracappa, Brendan Cullinane, Kyle Elphick, Anna Rizzotti, Louis Mollet, Samantha Chang, Jacob Ploch, John Franklin and Nicole Garamella. The James Caldwell High School Madrigal Singers had their debut at Radio City Musical Hall Wednesday.
The singing group was asked to perform on the world-famous New York stage before the Rockette's Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
They chose a five-minute acapella medley with a bell theme that included snippets of “Ding-a-Ding-a-Ding,” “Ding Dong Merrily on High” and “Jingle Bells."
The Madrigal singers are led by choral director Elsie Timpson.
