Daniel Kenny of North Caldwell Finishes First in Caldwell College 5K Run-Walk for Autism
Second annual event raises funds for college's Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.
Hundreds of runners and walkers joined forces on Saturday for the second annual Caldwell College 5K Run-Walk for Autism. The event raised funds for the college's newly opened on-campus Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.
CBS 2 Meteorologist John Elliott kicked off the race which started and ended on campus. The route followed the scenic residential streets of Essex Fells then went to Bloomfield Avenue before coming back to the college.
Daniel Kenny, 14, of North Caldwell finished first with a time of 18:31.92. The first place female finisher was 23-year-old Jacquline O'Toole of Cedar Grove with a time of 21:48.18.
