The sales associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Caldwell recently raised $2,640 by organizing a tricky tray event that benefits area families in need through North Central New Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR) Community Care. The office managed to double the amount raised in last year’s tricky tray.  NCJAR recently donated to Kiersten’s Kause to help pay the medical expenses of Caldwell resident Kiersten Parks, 21, who suffered burns on 70 percent of her body in a March fire.

“Every year, we’re happy to work with NCJAR in supporting a good cause,” said Coldwell Banker Caldwell Branch Vice President Randi Lipkin. “I’d like to thank everyone here who devoted their time to making these wonderful gift baskets and selling tickets, and all the members of our community who took part so we can continue to help a neighbor in need.”

Agents and staff from Coldwell Banker in Caldwell personally arranged and donated 38 gift baskets that each had a theme, like "Family Game Night" or "Starbucks." Participants in the fundraiser bought tickets and placed them in cups attached to the baskets, and winners were randomly selected.
